Your files never leave your device

When you open a tool, your browser downloads our code. When you add a file, that code runs on your phone or computer. The file itself is never sent to us or anyone else.

Check it yourself

You shouldn't have to take our word for it. Here are three ways to check.

  1. Turn off the internet. Open any tool, then switch on airplane mode or turn off Wi-Fi. Add a file and run the tool. It still works, because nothing needs to be sent anywhere.
  2. Watch the network. On a computer, open your browser's developer tools (F12, or Option-Command-I on a Mac) and choose the Network tab. Run a tool. You won't see any request carrying your file.
  3. Read the code. All of the code behind this site is public on GitHub, so anyone can confirm what it does.

What we'll never do

How it stays safe

The site only runs its own code, always over HTTPS. A strict security policy stops our pages from loading scripts from, or sending data to, any other website.

How it's free

Because your files are processed by your own device, we have no servers to pay for. The tools are supported by ads, which are always labelled "Advertisement" and kept away from your downloads.
