Compress a video for email
Email won’t send videos over 25 MB. The limit is already set, so just add your video.
If it doesn't fit
- It’s too long to fit
- Trim the video to the part you need, then compress it. Roughly a few minutes fit in 25 MB at a watchable quality.
- It looks soft
- Smaller limits mean lower resolution. If the app allows sending as a file or link, a bigger size looks better.

- Pick a goal: smaller, or under the limit of the app you’re sending to.

Is my video uploaded?
No. Your browser compresses it on your device, so it never leaves your phone or computer. That’s also why there’s no upload wait.
Is there a watermark or a length limit?
No watermark, ever. Length depends on your device: long 4K videos take a while on older phones.
Which browsers work?
Chrome, Edge and Safari (on iPhone, iOS 26 or later). Firefox on Android can’t edit video yet.
What if it won’t fit under the limit?
Long videos may not fit under small limits like 10 MB. Trim the video first, or pick a bigger size.
