SSC signature, 10–20 KB
SSC forms take a signature of 10–20 KB, about 6 cm wide and 2 cm tall. The photo is taken live in the form, so the signature is the only file you need.
If it doesn't fit
- It comes out under 10 KB
- Move the Quality slider up and run it again.
- It gets rejected as blurred
- Sign with a dark pen on plain white paper, take the photo in good light, and crop close around the signature.
How to use it
- Add your JPG, PNG or WebP images.
- Choose a quality and, optionally, a maximum size in pixels.
- Click Compress and download the smaller files.
Questions
How much smaller will my images get?
Phone photos usually shrink by 60 to 90%. Images that were already compressed may only shrink a little; if a file would get bigger, we give you the original back.
Should I pick JPG or WebP?
WebP gives the smallest files and works in every modern browser. Pick JPG if the image is going somewhere older, like some email clients or government forms.
Why does my PNG not get smaller?
PNG is lossless, so there is little to squeeze. Convert it to JPG or WebP with the format option for much smaller files, unless you need transparency.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Compression happens in your browser and your files never leave your device.
